Our official return and refund policy

Avery Ridge Ranch LLC offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving an eligible item to request a return.

To be eligible, an item must generally be in the condition received: unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Certain custom, personal-care, sale, gift-card, hazardous, or otherwise excluded items may not be returnable.

Start every return by emailing orders@averyridgeranchapparel.com. Please do not send an item back without authorization. If accepted, we will provide instructions and confirm the correct return destination.
