Shipping Policy

At Avery Ridge Ranch Apparel, your order is made just for you.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days. Production times may vary by product and fulfillment location. You will receive an order confirmation email and tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping Times

Estimated transit times are 3–7 business days within the United States, 5–10 business days to Canada and Europe, and 10–20 business days elsewhere. These are estimates and may change due to customs, carrier issues, or peak demand.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the product, weight, and destination. Multiple items may arrive in separate packages; tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items must be reported to orders@averyridgeranchapparel.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Visible shipping-package damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. General returns and exchanges are not accepted for made-to-order items.
