At Avery Ridge Ranch Apparel, your order is made just for you.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
• Since our items are made-to-order, production times may vary depending on the product and the fulfillment location.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on the destination and the print provider used for your order. Typical shipping estimates are:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors outside of our control (customs delays, carrier issues, or peak holiday demand).

Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the product type, weight, and destination.
• Multiple items may ship separately if they are fulfilled by different Printify partners. You’ll still receive tracking information for each package.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
• Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@averyridgeranchapparel.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with Printify and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, send a replacement at no additional cost.
